Where is PostEx based?

PostEx has its head office in Lahore and runs sorting hubs in big cities such as Lahore and Karachi. It delivers to more than 650 cities, tehsils and towns. Should You Call PostEx or Track Online?

Tracking online is faster than waiting on the phone. But some problems are easier to fix by calling:

Use Online Tracking For:

  • Seeing if the seller has booked or sent your parcel. See how to track a PostEx order.
  • Following the parcel as it moves between hubs.
  • Checking if the parcel is out for delivery today.
  • Seeing when it was delivered. If nothing has changed for a while, read our guide on tracking not updating.

Call Customer Helpline For:

  • A missed delivery: asking for another try before it goes to Return to Origin (RTO).
  • Giving a street, house number or landmark for the rider.
  • Resolving cash on delivery (COD) invoice payment discrepancies.
  • Reporting a parcel marked delivered that you never got.
