PostEx FAQ: Frequently Asked Questions

It is the number PostEx creates when the online seller books your order. Numbers made through seller systems are usually 11 to 14 digits. To see where it is printed, read our guide to the PostEx tracking number.

Usually the seller has made a shipping label, but PostEx has not scanned the parcel yet. Try again later. For more help, see our Tracking Not Updating Guide.

Old Call Courier website links now go to PostEx, but that is all we can confirm. We do not know which old Call Courier numbers still work in the PostEx system. If yours shows no result, call PostEx on (042) 111 786 227 or ask the seller who sent the parcel.

Your parcel is at the PostEx hub in your city and a rider has it for delivery today. Keep your phone on. See what every status means in our Status Meanings Directory.

If the rider cannot reach you, for example because your phone was not answered or the address was wrong, you will see a pending or failed delivery notice. PostEx usually tries again before sending the parcel back.

PostEx has not published delivery times that we could check, so we do not give a number of days. It depends on the route and the seller’s booking. Read more in our PostEx Delivery Time Guide.

PostEx offers same-city delivery for some online sellers, depending on the city and the seller’s booking time. Ask the seller if it is available for your order. Learn more in our Same-Day Delivery Guide.

PostEx has a service called Payment on Delivery. We could not check exactly which payment methods it accepts or where. Ask the seller before delivery if you want to pay without cash. Read more in our Payment on Delivery Guide and our COD Tracking Guide.
